Using Curent
These terms apply to the Curent website, dashboard, Discord bot, verification tools, Curent CAD, ER:LC integrations, economy features, and related services. By using Curent, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and authority
You must be allowed to use Discord and any other connected platform in your region. You may connect or manage a Discord, Roblox, ER:LC, or CAD community only when you have permission from its owner or have the authority to manage it.
Your account and credentials
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting Discord sessions, API keys, ER:LC keys, and other credentials. Notify Curent support and rotate affected credentials if you believe access has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Do not use Curent to break laws or platform rules, harass or harm others, gain unauthorized access, evade security or rate limits, interfere with the service, automate abuse, manipulate economy systems, or collect information without appropriate permission.
Server configuration and automation
Server owners control moderation, security, verification, economy, logging, and automation settings. You are responsible for reviewing those settings, bot permissions, role hierarchy, command access, and automated actions before enabling them. Curent is not responsible for actions caused by an incorrect server configuration.
Verification API
Curent's Verification API uses server-scoped credentials and plan-based daily limits. You may use it only for servers you are authorized to manage. Do not expose keys in client-side code, share them publicly, bypass request limits, scrape unrelated users, or use automated traffic to disrupt the service. Keys may be revoked when abuse or credential exposure is detected.
Virtual economy
Curent Economy balances, rewards, shop items, and game results are server-specific virtual records. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed through Curent, and do not transfer between servers. Server owners may modify or reset their economy according to the controls provided in the dashboard.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans unlock the features shown at purchase. Prices, billing periods, included features, and any trial period are displayed before checkout. A Secure trial converts to the selected paid subscription after 7 days unless canceled before the trial ends and can be redeemed once per Curent account. Payments are handled by Stripe, and subscription controls are available under Settings → Billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless required otherwise, processed charges are not automatically refundable because a server is removed, access is suspended, or a third-party platform becomes unavailable.
Third-party services
Curent depends on services including Discord, Roblox, ER:LC, Stripe, Vercel, Neon, and other providers. Their outages, API changes, rate limits, enforcement decisions, and terms may affect Curent features. Your use of those services remains subject to their own rules.
Availability and changes
Curent is provided as available. We may add, change, limit, pause, or remove features to maintain security, reliability, or platform compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent preservation of information controlled by third parties.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or remove access when these terms are violated, when activity threatens users or the service, when payment fails, or when required by a connected platform or applicable requirement. You may stop using Curent at any time and remove managed servers through the dashboard.
Responsibility and limitations
You use Curent at your own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable requirements, Curent is not responsible for indirect losses, lost server data, lost virtual balances, moderation outcomes, third-party outages, or actions taken through settings controlled by a server owner.
Updates and support
We may revise these terms as Curent develops. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised version. Questions about these terms can be directed to Curent support.
