Curent V2 incident embeds include the trigger, risk level, responsible account, evidence, action taken, result, and timestamp so staff can review an event without piecing together several messages.

Setting it up

Choose a channel for security incidents, raid alerts, Server Guard, Join Gate, and Message Shield. Add an optional role ping only where immediate staff attention is needed.
